English six-piece Home Counties have shared the video for the album’s title track and new single ‘Exactly As It Seems’.
The band from London, via Buckinghamshire, has just released their debut album “Exactly As It Seems” through Submarine Cat Records.
“Exactly As It Seems” contains previously released tracks such as the synth-infused ‘Dividing Lines’, and the humorous ‘You Break It, You Bought It’.
“The album is about moving to London and the experiences of that. It’s an album about despair at your current financial prospects, feeling guilty about your role in gentrification, being overwhelmed by consumer choice, and disintegrating friendships.”

The band’s guitarist Conor Kearney produced “Exactly As It Seems,” and the band recorded it in a small studio in Hackney.
