London-based six-piece Flat Party have released their self-titled debut EP with new track ‘Aching For Living’.
Mixing glitz and wit lyrcrised indie rock, the band recorded the EP with producer Andy Savours (My Bloody Valentine, Black Country New Road) in London.
The band have also shared the video for ‘Aching For Living’ directed by the band’s drummer Zander Hearn.
“The video is based around the feeling of being trapped in the monotony of life. We used the stress of the white-collar world to reflect this and set the whole thing in one confined space for an added sense of claustrophobia. Gritty guitars called for grimy walls and the loo is a nod to Flat Party lyrical lore.”

Flat Party also hit the road for several dates supporting English Teacher, Courting, Opus Kink and King Nun next month.
Flat Party’s self-titled debut EP is out now digitally and on 12″ vinyl.
