UK-born and now New York-based artist Fenne Lily has revealed a new single titled ‘Lights Light Up’ from the forthcoming new album, “Big PIcture”, which is due out in April.
The new record is said to document Fenne’s last two years moving from Bristol, enduring love and heartache and ultimately becoming “a map of comfort vs. claustrophobia.”
“Writing this album was my attempt at bringing some kind of order to the disaster that was 2020. By documenting the most vulnerable parts of that time, I felt like I reclaimed some kind of autonomy.”

The accompanying video, filmed in Brooklyn, was penned by Haoyan of America and shows Fenne wandering throughout the New York district followed by objects and memories.
Alongside the single release and album announcement is the news of a North American co-headline tour with Christian Lee Hutson, as well as a UK and EU run, which go on sale this Friday.
“Big Picture” is out 14 April 2023 on Dead Oceans.
