‘Working for the Knife’ swells with synth and a syncopated pulse. The video, filmed at The Egg in Albany, New York, and directed by Zia Anger with Ashley Connor directing photography, Mitski impersonates an actor retreating to the same stage that gave life to their career.
Mitski returns to the stage too in February 2022 in venues across North America, which is followed by UK & Ireland (Vicar Street, Dublin) shows in April 2022.
