Montreal’s Ada Lea releases a new single and the video for, ‘partner’, which is taken from the forthcoming album, “one hand on the steering wheel the other sewing a garden”.
The artist describes the track as “a song about moving through a memory… an involuntary memory that steals up on you the night after a rager (which takes place the morning after the song ‘damn’).”
The accompanying cinematic video, led by Erica Orofino, features Ada Lea moving through memories and the city.
“one hand on the steering wheel the other sewing a garden” is out on 24 September on Saddle Creek
