The video for ‘Golden Ladder’ elucidates the resilience and fragility of two characters, a mother and daughter to be precise.
Director Farhad Ghaderi said of the video, “Golden Ladder is a reflection on the lives of a woman and her mother, as they heal in the face of intergenerational trauma [and] what happens when the role of the caretaker is reversed with time… Some of these moments are inspired by my own family’s journey with healing, trauma and immigration”
