London’s TV Priest continue on an upward trajectory with third single, ‘This Island’ and announce the release of their debut LP “Uppers” later this year.
The announcement of their debut album, whichh will be without both of their first two singles, shows a lot of confidence that know what they want and where they intend to be. The album will be available physically on both CD and LP, including a run of 300 strictly limited coloured vinyl also.
If you thought there was a hint of DIY production behind the strong and aesthetically pleasing track, then you would have guessed right as the track and album were self-produced by the band’s own Nic Smith.
The band will also be playing headline dates in October of this year at the following dates:
27 October – YES Basement – Manchester
28 October – Shacklewell Arms – London
29 October – Rough Trade – Bristol
30 October – The Prince Albert – Brighton
31 October – Heartbreakers – Southampton
