After “Giving Up” and “Valleys (My Love)” Chicago-based band WHITNEY reveal third single, “Used To Be Lonely”.
It is the third forerunner of their upcoming album Forever Turned Around, which will be released on 30 August 2019 on the Secretly Canadian label.
“Used To Be Lonely” and its accompanying video, directed by Austin Vesely, features Julien Ehrlich (vocalist / drummer) and Max Kakacek (guitarist) at venues in their home country such as the Music Box Theater and Lake Michigan Shore.
Like the critically acclaimed debut album Light Upon The Lake from 2016, the new album was co-produced by Brad Cook (Bon Iver, Hand Habits) and Jonathan Rado (Weyes Blood, Father John Misty) and features contributions from Chicago as well Musicians Lia Kohl and OHMME’s Macie Stewart.
The duo head out on tour later this year.
