Laura Elizabeth Hughes returns with the daring new single, ‘In My Defence’.
In the video, Hughes stands pioneering across a number of landscapes with some sharp shots cutting to objects that build around the narrative, taking aim at someone you counted on but in the end they have let you down.
The track was roduced by Mark Caplice and mixed/mastered by Cian Sweeney of 1000Beasts who has featured on RobMoro before.
Having returned last year with the ‘Ceremony’ EP following her participation in Ireland’s Eurovision 2018 entry, where Laura co-penned ‘Together’, with fellow Irish musicians Ryan O’Shaughnessy and Mark Caplice.
