Releasing his debut record on the Sub Pop name, Minor Poet has given us a taste of what is to come with a warped tropical track, ‘Tropic of Cancer’.
The album was produced by MINOR POET mastermind Andrew Carter and Adrian Olsen (NATALIE PRASS, FOXYGEN) at Montrose Recording in Richmond.
Directed by Sho Kellam and Andrew Carter, the video features Carter lounging about various place with and without a guitar in hand for what is really an elaborate fun arthouse lyric video.
Minor Poet’s second album, “The Good News“, is a six-song collection that spans just twenty-two minutes, but it is filled to the brim with great guitar-based rock.
