Neneh Cherry has revealed the video for single ‘Kong’ produced by Four Tet and Massive Attack’s 3D.
Cherry’s vocals run over a dubbed-out synthesis from the musical collaboration, given a fiery charge with some lyrics around the themes of history, crisis, and empathy.
The track also features a stunning video by Jenn Nkiru. Hailing from Peckham, London and a rising star of the art and film worlds. Jenn’s recent work includes the position of 2nd unit director for Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s ‘APESHIT‘ and some visuals for Kamasi Washington’s latest album ‘Heaven And Earth’.
