So ‘White Lines‘ is the first preview from Eliza Shaddad’s debut album “Future”.
The idea according to Eliza was “to make a video full of movement serenity and beauty, but also kind of joyfully playful and weird.”
Eliza enlisted her cousins Amna & Hasnaa to star alongside in the video, which apparently led to a fun-filled day in the studio for the filming of it.
Aside from her own work output, she has written for and featured on Clean Bandit’s top 10 debut album “New Eyes”. Support slots with Rudimental, SBTRKT and Alt-J boast her live capabilities. She also co-founded the female arts collective Girls Girls Girls with fellow musician Samantha Lindo, which aims to empower women within the arts through special cross-disciplinary events across the UK. That’s only the start of it too.
