Music | Body&Soul announce first wave of acts for 2018

Body&Soul revealed their first artist Fever Ray not so long ago, now the festival has expanded on that first announcement with a wave of acts bound for Ballinlough in June.

Chronixx, Jon Hopkins, Baxter Dury and James Holden and the Animal Spirits are among the main acts

Other confirmed acts announced for the bill include Shamir, Tank and The Bangas, Son Lux, Saint Sister, Susanne Sundfør, Lankum, Shame, Reykjavíkurdætur, Daithi, Gus Dapperton, Smerz, David Keenan, Bearcubs, ROE, Gundelach, Paddy Hanna, Slow Place Like Home and Kendy Gable who will take to the festival’s stage

The theme of the event will also be “Alchemy – the art and act of transformation.”

Fever Ray will also be curating the Friday night of the Body&Soul Stage, more details are due to be released in the coming weeks along with more line-up news.

Tickets for Body&Soul are on sale via Ticketbooth. Tier 2 is priced at €169 and Tier 3 will be €195. Sunday only tickets will be available from mid-March for €70.

Campervan passes are currently on sale here for €60, bus tickets will be available shortly. A separate ticket to the event is also required.
