Returningwith his new album “Between Two Shores”, Glen Hansard has released a new single titled ‘Roll On Slow’.
BAck with a swelling sound and an influence that is unmistakably familiar to those of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band fandom, ‘Roll On Slow’ shows Hansard in a delicate light, stuck between romance, longing, and hangovers.
Directed by Piotr Kabat, the animated video shifts and shapes between different situations in which Hansard is supposedly thrown out of bars, drinking solo, and wandering around New York in an effort to pass the time while his girlfriend is away.
