Scheduled for a European tour next April, Bryde shows promise with new single, ‘Desire’.
The Welsh songwriter Bryde worked with Chris Sorem on production duties and mixed by CJ Marks (Wolf Alice, PJ Harvey and St Vincent), aiming to bring a rock sound that isn’t too overpowering but ever-present.
The video was produced by Rhys Davies of Furball Films and according to Bryde, it wasinspired “by the symbolism of certain scenes in the movie Under the Skin where the alien’s victims walk of their own free will into a thick dark oil and to their demise.”
Bryde is expected to release her debut album in spring 2018.
