PALIKI are an Italian outfit with a post-wave sound. Returning with second single ‘Radiornot’ from an album of the same name.
The video for the single is as sporadic infused as it’s sound, landing somewhere between TV on the Radio and The Cure. It uses TV styled shots of multi-instrumentalist Mariano Felisio (PALIKI) and silhouette shots of him at a drumkit with a retro font for the text.
The band is named after the peninsula on the Greek island of Kefalonia the project is partly inspired by the wilderness and abandonment that the island offered to Mariano.
