Pumarosa have unveiled the video for latest single ‘Dragonfly’, taken from their debut album, “The Witch”, which is due out on 19 May on Ficition.
Also lined up is a spring UK and European headline tour featuring their biggest London show to date at Oval Space in April. Further live plans and festivals are expected to follow, with the likes of The Great Escape, Liverpool Sound City and Secret Garden Party already confirmed.
The Holly Hunter-directed video, the band’s frontwoman Isabel told NYLON they drew inspiration from the hatching of dragonflies and “the liquid world they emerge from.”
As previewed by the album’s opening tracks – ‘Priestess’, ‘Cecile’, ‘Honey’ – ‘The Witch’ digs deeper into Pumarosa’s sound.
