I Have A Tribe has released a new track, ‘After We Meet’, which is taken from the debut album “Beneath A Yellow Moon”, which came out last year on Gronland Records. The Dubliner has also announced a show for Whelan’s on 3 March 2017.

London quartet, ISLAND, have gone from strength to strength with ‘Dreaming Of’, the third single from the band’s new EP due later this month. They headline the 1,000 capacity Heaven, London, in May also. Big things to come rom these guys.

‘Origami’, is the first single of 2017 from PLAZA,. It is also taken from a forthcoming EP due for an April release. Post indie and punk quality, this one hits hard and heavy, so be ready for a track that doesn’t hold back.

Rocking four-piece, The Amazons, have continued their strong form into 2017 with new single, ‘Little Something’. Their debut album is due out in the springtime, with a date at Whelan’s in Dublin due on 7 March also.

Welsh indie pop outfit Kidsmoke have released their latest track ‘Waves’. Slowly gaining a fierce pace, the track is much like the rhythm and guitar sounds of DIIV, with vocals that are more like Wild Nothing. Bold and consistant effort from the indie-rock four- piece.

Swedish duo Smith & Thell are a more pop heavy version of Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros. Bouncy, weaving, all kinds of euphoric synths underneath, just some of the ways to describe second single, ‘Row’. They are due to release their debut album in the coming months.
