RobMoro met We Cut Corners on the release day of new album, “The Cadence Of Others’, to talk about recording, artwork, and their “victory lap of the country”. The band have gone from strength to strength since their first and second albums, later receiving Choice Music Prize nominations for their work.
Sitting down in Homebeat’s Thirty Four – a creative space offering coffee and records – discussing the collaborations, themes, and artwork of the new album. We explored the making of their latest music videos too, speaking about their work Adam O’Regan (Little Green Cars) and Jon Hozier-Byrne (who worked on Hozier’s ‘Jackie and Wilson’).
In addition to the video, RobMoro invited photographer, Alex Louviers, to join and document the work of film crew members Manon Gustave and Patrick Brogan. The gallery of Alex’s photo is available to view on the site here.
Thanks to We Cut Corners, Pete Murphy, and Emmet from Homebeat for letting us film in Thirty Four.
