Irish trio whenyoung have announced their second single ‘Actor’, which is due out in late November.  The track emulates that of the sound known to Fight Like Apes and The Wonder Villians.  Punchy indie rock for the commute most likely.

‘Dew On The Vine’ is taken from Bear’s Den second album, “Red Earth and Pouring Rain”. A strong, soul-searching song that has elements of late Snow Patrol and The Lumineers;

The band returns to Ireland to play Whelan’s in Dublin on 19 March 2017.

Cork collaborative, The Grey Merchant, have released sinlge, ‘Spotless (The Protecting Veil), Mixing spoken word and instrumental layers, the group make a pretty good attempt at Public Service Broadcasting’s sound.  This one builds up to be quite a full on, driven track.

SLØTFACE tease forthcoming EP Empire Records with its title track. Rough and ready, the track powers through with its 90s style. Expect a crash course in 90s rock.

Enemies release their third and final album, “Valuables, on 9 December The album’s latest single, “Leaves,” is a powerful and turbulent track that opens up to Local Natives rhythms and an airy C Duncan sound.
