Other Voices returns
Other Voices and the ‘Lone Star State’ will be consummated in Austin, Texas this October when Other Voices heads west out of Dingle across the Atlantic.
Other Voices Austin will take place from October 7 to 9. Featuring a line-up of Irish and international talent, due to be announced at the start of October.
Arlyn Studios will be its new sister home in Austin. A fixture and recording hub for Austin’s vibrant music community, with clients including; Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Ray Charles, Sublime, Coldplay, The Strokes, Gary Clark, Jr and Andre 3000, to name a few. The 7,000 square foot facility occupies a portion of the historic Austin Opera House in the heart of downtown Austin.
The collaboration between Other Voices and Austin was part helped by the Creative Minds programme initiated by US Ambassador to Ireland Mr. Kevin O ‘Malley, who attended the event in Dingle last December.
