Not quite Record Store Day, but Vinyl Destination Sale. kicked off last Friday. LPs from as low as €8. Also titles from the likes ofSonic Youth, Kendrick Lamar, PJ Harvey, Fleetwood Mac, Gregory Porter,Chvrches , and more. This sale will run for TEN WHOLE DAYS in the run up to Record Store Day, so make sure to get in and snap up some seriously deadly vinyl.
For #RSD16 , TXFM will be with in from 7:00 until 11:00, playing tunes from the store window, chatting all things vinyl. Doors at 8:00 SHARPand anyone who purchases a RSD title in the store will also be put in with a chance to win an REGA RP1 turntable.

Punk/grunge trio Fangclub, Wolff(AKA Johnny Stewart), Black Bank Folk,. 5-piece alt-folk-pop The Young Folk, and to round things off will be Bantum – road testing some never-heard-before tunes.
Plus, Aungier Danger in, with some awesome sugary treats to keep you going. Clement & Pekoe coffee, and they’ll be there for the necessary caffeine boost to keep you going, too.
Tower Records official Record Store Day after-party will be happening inDean Dublin on Harcourt St. Hit up the Lobby Bar, unwind, enjoy a cold drink and check out some deadly vinyl DJs, who kick off from 16:00 until 22:00, keeping the buzz going. Wristbands will be in-store during the day which will entitle you to a complimentary Record Store Day cocktail at Dean’s Lobby Bar.

The guys over at Rollercoaster tend to have things fine tuned when it comes to regular customers. It’s a proper local record store vibe you will get here. There’s even a 6 point set of rules they would rather people follow.
