Hampshire’s Habitats have unleashed their title track ‘Jungles’ from the upcoming EP of the same name (out 12 February).

The accompanying video for the track shows the dark and unforgiving nature of city life, with a chase through an urban jungle.

The band have also unveiled the dates for a short UK tour in the spring to support the EP release later this month.

Belfast is becoming a haven for dreamy indie bands like Pleasure Beach most recently, as of January 2016, a new band have arrived into the fold. Beauty Sleep are a 3-piece who formed over similar tastes at a local house party. Made up of Ryan McGroarty, Cheylene Murphy and Aimee Williamson, some of whom you might remember from The Wonder Villains.

The Rebel Light seem to show the light side of Los Angeles. Golden guitar pop, psych-pop, that would give Peace, Temples, or The Shins a glowing reference.

New single ‘Strangers’ was recorded at home, with the vocals being laid down in the bathroom and the drum parts recorded in a woodshed according to the band and Clash.
