Music | Peter Hook & The Light postpone Irish shows

PH & The LIght by Man Alive!

Peter Hook & The Light have had to unfortunately postpone their four-day tour of Ireland later this week due to illness.  The band was due to perform New Order’s “Lowlife” & “Brotherhood” plus an opening set of ‘Joy Division’ material in Limerick, Dublin, and Belfast.

The shows were also set to be preceded by an interview at University of Limerick on Wednesday between Peter Hook and Eoin Devereux.

“It is with great regret that we are forced to postpone this week’s Ireland dates for Peter Hook & The Light in Ireland due to band illness. We apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment caused but the situation is unavoidable.

We will be looking to reschedule the shows for 2016 quickly and announcements will be made on our channels” the band said in a statement.

Current tickets will be valid for the rescheduled shows but ticket holders can apply if necessary for refunds from the ticket agents.
