Hampshire-based Indie quartet Habitats have released a video for their latest single, ‘Boogie Waltzer’, which was premiered with Clash Magazine recently.  It’s the latest single from their latest EP, ‘Jungles’, which was recorded in Hudson NY and is due out February 2016

If you like the Foals melody with a touch of The Hot Sprockets beating Wild Cubs’ ‘Thunder Clatter’, then the rhythmic wilderness of ‘Boogie Waltzer’ is a perfect fit.

The band went on a UK tour in support of the single, including a sold-out show at London’s Lexington last month. .

Joe Payne, guitarist and vocalist for the band, had this to say about the psychedelic and idiosyncratic video;

We live in a day an age where sometimes we can all seem a little too scared to come out from our shiny sea shells and have a little fun… So this is a light-hearted message to everyone out there to let your hair down and not worry about how much of a total weirdo you can be.”
