ADMISSIoN

Dublin based ADMISSIoN released debut single ‘Call and Rescue’ with a high-flying video on 10 September. Originally from Derry, Liverpool, Sao Paulo and Sheffield, it also marks a year to the day since the band formed.

Sitting somewhere between early U2 and The Goo Goo Dolls, the track is full of echo guitars, thumping drums, and grasping vocals. Think ‘I Will Follow’ done in the style of ‘Before It’s Too Late’.

The track was recorded in Sun Studios by Mick Hefferrnan, who has worked with The Script, Morrissey, Ryan Tedder, and Gavin Friday. The stunningly shot video was done on the Wild Atlantic Way on Donegal’s coastline and in The Nerve Centre, Derry, by LittleFilms and SomewhereTo_NI.

‘Call and Rescue’ is out now.
