Gig News 7 August Sigma

Fresh from scoring a fourth hit record and third iTunes No.1 single, Sigma have announced a 10 date UK and Ireland live tour. Beginning in Manchester on 22 October, the duo will hit London, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Dublin, Bristol, Sheffield, Portsmouth, Oxford, and Norwich.

Tickets on sale this Friday at 9am from  €19.90 inclusive of booking fee charges.

Brighton’s own solo artist Synaesthete will be playing her first headline show in Ireland at The Workman’s Club on Friday, 7 August.

The show is free.

This Sunday at 7:30pm, a showcase featuring eminent French flautist Dr. Pierre Salivas will take place at The Workman’s Club in Dublin. Pierre is a graduate of the Versailles Conservatory and an ethno-musicologist. He spent 3 years in the Amazonian jungle living and working with the Shuar Indians, about whose polymusic he has written a book. He is also an ex-member of underground Parisian psych-absurdist group Ach! Baby.

This will be his second collaboration with ¡NO! Admission is free.
