Irish fans of Motion City Soundtrack will be delighted to begin their week with news that they are headed this side of the water for a show at Opium in Dublin on 26 May 2026.
Since the band’s initial run from 1997 to 2016, the Minneapolis-based group released six albums, toured the world, influenced generations of musicians and fans, and achieved gold status for their single ‘Everything Is Alright.’
Their return in 2019 was welcomed by many fans, but even in their dreams, a new album might not have been on the cards as the band now head out on tour in support of 2025’s “The Same Old Wasted Wonderful World”.
Tickets for their Dublin show go on sale this Friday, 27 March at 10am from singularartists.ie and Ticketmaster.ie priced at €33.65 including booking fee.
