The wait is over for Medium Build’s highly anticipated album “Country” is out and to coincide with the release comes the video for the track ‘Stick Around’.
“Country” is the latest album from singer-songwriter Nick Carpenter, also known as Medium Build. Nick’s exceptional talent shines through in his masterful exploration of the multifaceted concept of home, conveyed through twelve truly captivating songs. Despite being born in Georgia and having deep roots in the South, Nick now divides his time between his hometowns in Anchorage, Alaska and Nashville, Tennessee.
“I hope people take a second to think about the loved ones that gave them reasons to stay alive, sometimes it’s someone you may not even be with anymore, but for a brief moment your life intersected and their little life changed your DNA and convinced you to keep going for a while.”

The album was recorded on Nashville’s Music Row with creative partner Laiko, where they experimented with genres. Nick made the album he wanted without any obligations, blending classic country, 80s new wave, 90s rap, and hip-hop.
