Blondie boxset due for release in December
This December will see the release of a new Blondie LP boxset, featuring vinyl of studio LPs released between 1976 and 1982 brought together in a boxed set for the first time. Each LP will have exact original artwork, 180 gram heavyweight vinyl and contained in a rigid slipcase box.
Regarded as an underground act until the release of “Parallel Lines” in 1978. The band eventually went on to have a series of hits including ‘Call Me’, ‘Atomic’ and ‘Heart of Glass’. Genres bounced from pop to reggae to disco while maintaining a new wave status.
“Blondie” the vinyl boxset is out on 1 December 2014 on UMC.
