Three Festival Goers set to feature at Casa Bacardi at Electric Picnic 2014.
CASA BACARDÍ have been gearing up for Electric Picnic 2014, as they held the Grand Final of #TryStopMe in Dublin’s Sugar Club on Friday, 8 August. #TryStopMe was an exclusive nationwide search to unearth the best creative talent who shared the Bacardi family’s ‘Irrepressible Spirit,’ with the winners getting the chance to perform at the sold out festival in Stradbally.
In the DJ/Musician category, Leigh Farrell fought off stiff competition from the two other category finalists impressed the judging panel, which included mixed martial artist Cathal Pendred and music blogger Niall Byrne (Nialler9). Leigh will now play the opening set of CASA BACARDÍ on Friday, 29 August.

Winners of the #TryStopMe Photography and ‘Wildbat’ categories, Erica Coburn and Monophat. Erica will have her images projected on to the walls of CASA BACARDÍ, while Monophat will have his piece worked into the overall set design of CASA BACARDÍ throughout the weekend of Friday, August 29-Sunday, August 31.
NYC DJ Pal Joey kept the party going into the early hours with his unique blend of house music.
