Cathal Pendred and Nialler9 lead the search to find bacardi’s true ‘’Untameable’s’’ for Electric Picnic 2014 as BACARDÍ has launched #TryStopMe campaign.

In the lead up to the award-winning Casa Bacardi at Electric Picnic 2014, Mixed martial arts star Cathal Pendred, music blogger Niall Byrne (Nialler9) and Enrique Comas, 6th generation family member will be leading the charge to help BACARDÍ discover true ‘’Untameable’’ talent.

#TryStopMe will see entrants encouraged to submit their work under four distinct categories: DJ/Musician, Photography, Design and a wildcard ‘Wild Bat’ category which can be any piece of work that people might enjoy at the festival. Entries to all categories can be submitted through video, sound file or photo format to the #TryStopMe site (www.trystopme.ie) and the deadline for entry is Friday 1 August.

Finalists will be selected to share their ‘’Untameable’’ creative in person at the #TryStopMe Grand Final, taking place in Dublin’s Sugar Club on Friday, August 8th.  The prize at stake? The opportunity of a lifetime to have their work showcased at the award-winning Casa BACARDÍ at Electric Picnic 2014. The DJ/musician category winner will play the opening set of Casa BACARDÍ, the photography winner will have their images projected on the walls of Casa BACARDÍ, while the design and Wild Bat entries will have their pieces worked into the over set design or production of Casa BACARDÍ.
