Mullingar quartet The Academic are set to play their first international festival this summer having just been announced to play at Spain’s Benicassim Festival in July.
The band have also been confirmed to support The Pixies at Live At The Marquee on 30 June, along with slots at Longitude Festival and Indiependence, as Summer 2014 is shaping up nicely for the teenagers from the midlands.
