One of Ireland’s most exciting up and coming electro-pop act VANN MUSIC have released the video for latest single ‘Tina’.
Written by Bobby McGlynn and Bryan Quinn (whose previous work includes the Rubberbandits’ “Dad’s Best Friend”), and directed by Myles O’ Reilly (Lisa Hannigan and Iveagh Gardens Summer Series fame.)
The video follows the trials and tribulations of struggling single mother “Tina” as she tries to keep her head above water. Shot in Bobby’s native Limerick and starring his sister Pam (an award-winning choreographer and performer in her own right), the video features an unexpected twist in its writer’s trademark style.
To mark the release of Tina, VANN MUSIC will perform in the Generator, Smithfield this Friday 23 May from 8pm.
