Music | Driving Mrs. Satan to release debut album

Driving Mrs. Satan are a London/Naples-based acoustic trio who cover and reinvent famous metal songs in a unique acoustic style.   Their debut album features covers of old metal classics from the likes of ACDC, Slayer, Iron Maiden, Faith No More and more performed with female vocals, acoustic guitars and double bass.

Despite the band’s folkie roots, Driving Mrs. Satan have created one of the most interesting pop debuts.  They have managed to create a new, fresh dimension where the songs can be re-explored in their simplest shape. Their gentle sound could be described as ‘Demands attention and anticipates possession.’
