Following the successful “New Horizon” album release and Nov 2013 tour, The Answer are set to release their new single “New Horizon” which contains cover versions of Rory Gallagher’s “Cradle Rock”, Danzig’s “Snakes Of Christ” plus two new acoustic renditions of the new tour’s namesake track “Road Less Travelled”
A five track single bundle will be released on April 7 2014 in support of the new 32 date tour, which kicked off in Aberdeen on February 19th and runs right through until the end of March 2014.
The band were also honoured and privileged that the late Storm Thorgerson and his team saw fit to design the artwork for the new album and Storm was working on final ideas for the album cover just before his sad passing.
Latest video for “New Horizon” was directed by Darren Lee of Maverick Renegade Productions and features the now iconic Thorgerson ‘birdman’ on a rampage of his mind through the streets of Belfast. Lead singer Cormac Neeson says; “The concept of the video was based on an altered perception of reality and the inner struggle of the mind. Our birdman has some serious issues but eventually manages to conquer his demons!”
