Other Voices returns
Heading for it’s twelth season, renowned music show Other Voices will return with a great line up instore for it’s Dingle showcase.
Before heading northwards to The Glassworks and Wild Atlantic Way of Derry-Londonderry in early February 2014, Other Voices will head to Dingle and St. James’ Church from 6 December onwards.
The show will once again be presented by Aidan Gillen and will be streamed live on RTÉ Player and The Guardian. Also returning will be the TV and Online platform for emerging acts in the IMRO Other Room.
The Other Voices Music Trail will also be back, with the line up featuring Come On Live Long, Maud In Cahoots, Slow Skies, Bouts, Hermitage Green, Leanne Harte, Little Bear and many more playing in venues for free around Dingle.
Journalist Jim Carroll will host Banter, a discussion and debate show in Dingle. Venues and times for these are Foxy John’s Friday (5-6pm), Saturday (2-6pm) and Sunday (2-6pm). Currently billed for the shows are Eimear McBride, David Gray, Alice Maher, John Grant, Donal Ryan and Pat Leahy.

Dublin alternative band Other Creatures
Electronic rock from Derry Grim
Electro pop Dubliners Vann Music
Ciara O’ Flynn and Mark Mc Loughlin who perform together as Pinhole
Sadhbh O’Sullivan aka Sive.
The final act to be added to the line-up in St James’ on Sunday 8th December is American newcomer Samantha Crain all the way from Oklahoma.
